The built in KVM is done via the Input Source selection you choose. Page 37 in the User's Guide.

Open page 29 =
* Connect the keyboard and mouse to the UP2716D bottom USB downstream USB ports (Port #8 in picture on page 9)
* Connect computer 1 to UP2716D bottom USB upstream port 1 (Port #7a in picture on page 9)
* Connect computer 1 to one of the UP2716D video in ports (HDMI/HDMI/DP/mDP)
* Connect computer 2 to UP2716D bottom USB upstream port 2 (Port #7b in picture on page 9)
* Connect computer 2 to one of the UP2716D video in ports (HDMI/HDMI/DP/mDP)
* Press the #4 Menu button to open the OSD (On Screen Display)
* Go to Input Source. Choose the applicable port for computer 1 or computer 2

Does the UP2716D KVM feature support audio switching? Or only mouse/keyboard?

The two channel audio line-out port is controlled by the video input source selected (HDMI, DP, or mDP) and the OSD- Audio source, not the KVM.

Is there a hotkey to switch between video inputs instead of using the OSD to swap inputs? I'm currently using the Dell UP2718Q monitor. Hopefully its similar to the UP2716D as far as KVM functionality goes.

Thanks Chris for the quick response. I was wondering if there is a quicker solution to switch between computers for video rather than using the OSD. iogear kvms have a 1 button switch over.

Thanks again.
