UP2720Q vs U2720Q
Hello community.
I've compared the UP2720Q and U2720Q, noticing that features and input connectors are the main difference. Is there anything else to consider and are that the only aspects justifying the price difference?
Many thanks for your help

@XPS_Man There’s a bit more to it than your large text answer.

@loving-dell The “P” in UP2720Q stands for PremierColor. That means it’s highly color-accurate and supports advanced calibration capabilities that are important for people doing color-sensitive work. Unless you’re a professional photographer, video editor, print designer, or something similar, you probably don’t want that display. And if you don’t plan to calibrate your display, you definitely don’t.

I have found this non-Dell site for monitor comparisons pretty good. I search for the models, add them to compare, click Compare.

Thank you all. After receiving @jphughan 's reply, I've decided for the U2720Q. I'm using it with a mac book pro. Unfortunately I haven't found a driver for IOS, therefore I'm not able to rotate the screen and work with a rotated picture, which is essential for me. Do you have any solutions?

@loving-dell It’s unfortunate that you didn’t mention that you were using a Mac sooner. A 27” 4K display is generally a bad choice for Macs, for reasons I explained in this post. But if you decide to keep that display, you should be able to change the orientation under System Preferences > Displays. The display image won’f rotate automatically when you physically rotate the display, and in fact I don’t think it will do that even in Windows because I don’t think the display has a gyroscope, but macOS should still allow you to choose a different orientation manually.
