Vertical white line on SP2309W
Used the monitor for about half a year and suddenly got a white vertical line appears about one and half inch to the right edge. The line also exists in self-test mode. Does it mean that it is a hardware problem and need to be repaired?

Actually I'm using dual monitors and the white line only happens on one of them. Thanks.

youngk,
If you only have a monitor order number, you should contact Order Support. If your monitor was purchased tied to a Dell PC, contact Technical Support. They will need the following -
Name:
Email Address:
Shipping address:
Phone number:
Monitor Order number or PC Service Tag number if purchased with a PC:
Monitor 20 digit PPID number found on the back on a label or on the slider card on the left rear:
Reason: SP2309W white vertical line during Self Test (STFC)
