Where to find Graphics Adapter
I just got a large monitor (E248WFP) and the disk that came with it said to go to dell support and download the latest driver for your graphics card. where do I find that?
I'm looking for the words Graphics Adapter but nothing comes up. please help.

Hello,
Simply go to your Graphics card makers website and download the latest drivers from there. For example, if you had a Nvidia Card, go to the Nvidia website, follow the prompts and you will find your driver to download.
The driver you currently have installed may already be suffecient for your display, or could even be the latest available.
Do you now what your graphic card details are? specifics?
Ill presume you dont know how to check (sorry, not trying to tell you how to do things you may already know), right click on My computer, click on manage, click on device manager from menu on left, then click on the display driver on the right and what ever comes up under that should give you the name of your card.
Sorry, but ive never heard of the Words graphic adapter. I googled it and found nothing.

Thanks for the help...you were right I didn't have a clue how to find it! Of course when I got to the intel webiste I found out that it doesn't have an upgrade for the Vista to be able to enlarge the display on the large monitor...unfortunately Dell told me it would work...I have a XP that it should work on though...
