XPS T450 adding a video card

Question

I don't see many people here but i will try anyway.

I have a dimension XPS T450 I want to add a second monitor and have them act as one big screen. Can i just canabalize another XPS T450 and take its video card and plug into my XPS T450. I am running Win 98.
