I don't see any problems in OS upgradation but perhaps MS will guide you better. You can uninstall NW Client and reinstall after upgrading with 64 bit client.

sorry, should have been more clear - this is one of our main Networker Servers, not just a client.

You should not have any problem as far as Networker is concerned. It is advisable to keep a copy of you nsr folder just in case you will need it. Take note of your current configurations as well.

Licenses are based on system HostID, If your HostID is different, which I believe it will be with the new OS, then you will need to regenerate the Authorisation Codes. This can be done online if you have access to EMC Powerlink or you can contact licensing@emc.com and forward your request to them.

In networker Migrate = complete reinstall, but you can use your existing index folders..etc. You will find all the information and compatibility matrix from powerlink.

Hello,First know when upgrading to 64 bit you must delete the bin directory,If you want to be on a safe side leave only index,mm and res (you can also delete "res\jodsdb") directories and instal new networker install with keap the DB .                                             I have done this prosedure few times it works OK ,dont forget to backup the original ders aside.              Regards ,  Alexey  Dubin
