This is not really enough information:

What is the NetWorker version and OS?

When are you getting this error message, during backup or restore?

Have you checked the daemon.raw to find out why is this error message coming up?

Could you share the daemon.raw?

This seems to be related to either the Media DB or the block configuration on your devices. Having the full error message or even better, the daemon.raw will help us to find out the root cause of the problem.

i am getting this error during backup. we are using win 2008 server

First and foremost please check if index staging is happening and if the index volume is full or nearing full.

The "warning: Group membership" is not very serious and could not go to the extent of affecting your backup as the max it can impact are some priveleges which are fine to go with.
