It is always hepful to search the forum first as questions are often been answered many times. This way you will save time and members will not have to repeat the answer again.
Running from the command line with the -b pool parameter will allow you to select the pool you wish to use; otherwise you need to amend the selection criteria of your pools - hopefully you can recall you set criteria on the pool of group, saveset, level and client and if there is no match the default pool is used; a client initiated backup will go through at level manual, no group name, client name as it is and saveset whatever you specified to be backed up...

Specifies a particular destination pool for the save.
eg.
save -s server_name -b Filesystem "datapath"
