There is something incorrect in the nsrnmo script. Check for the PATH, ORACLE_SID etc. Also, the scheduled backup script should have the right username & password instead of only "/" in the script itself.
1. Ensure that the RMAN script is ok by executing it from the command line using the root os user. In many environments, the root user does not have the priveleges to logon to the oracle database. For the NMO to work properly, the root os user needs to be able to logon to the oracle database over TNS with database admin role. 2. Ensure that the permissions of the RMAN script is set to 700 with the owner as root.

I am thinking nsrnmo file did not read because no any error in /nsr/applogs.
