Backup Failed on Client running officescan

Question

I has install Networker 7.3.1 on client using window2000.
That client has running program officescan (trend Micro).
If i started group backup on that client networker be hang and group failed

If this is TrenMicro suit with firewall check if firewall dropping/blocking connection. Also try client initiated backup to see more detail (verbose or debug mode if it would fail normally).

I not sure TrendMicro Program is suit firewall . I check again comeback tell you thank
