"No error" does not mean that there is "no error" - it is simply the feedback to express that the software could not get an error code (in time).
A retry will usually run successfully. Otherwise I recommend to increase the client retries for the group.

Hi Vinesh,
Does you backup server or the client machine have multiple NIC cards on it ? There is a possibility that the requested IP is not known to the destination system.

Any additional information that you can provide to your issue, from the whatsapp forum I understand that your issue is still not resolved.
- Try a client initiated backups which will allow you to get a clearer error. If you don't get it with verbose set debug level 5 and try again.

It looks like client run out of the available ports or something similar. Most likely, you will find some other errors in event log.

Could you also share the output of the of the following commands :
On the Client :
- save -D5 -s <backup_server> -b
- rpcinfo -p
- netstat -a | grep -i
- nsrports
ON the backup server :
* Please note, replace all the <> with appropriate values before running the commands.
