Backup of a file is failing (500 GB file)--Exited with exit code: Unknown, completion severity: DEBUG(0), completion status: unexpectedly exited(2)
Backup of a Win Server is failing with the error "Exited with exit code: Unknown, completion severity: DEBUG(0), completion status: unexpectedly exited(2)" . The file is of having 500GB in size. Any idea what is the reason?
NW Server : 9.x
Client :- 9.x

We need to analyze the backup log file. Does the backup starts and fails at some time or bakcup is not getting started at all?
Can you enable Debug 5 and see if that gives more accurate root cause.

I have tried to run in debug mode , it fails after full backup completes (after 500GB) .

Let me guess, if you run it from client (running save command) it will all be ok?
