Backup problemes with consolidated backup 1.1
Hallo,
we use VCB 1.1.0.64559 with Networker client and server on W2k3
and NW 7.2.2 jumbo patch 1.
Our backups with EMC Networker fail if many machines are backed
up in parallel (client parallelism > 2).
The error message is: "Too many SCSI reservation conflicts"
Sequential backups work fine (client parallelism 1).
I think this is a common problem with VCB. Has anyone a workaround?
regards
Bernd

As for parallelism, "Note: Due to limits with the VCB integration module, only one entry is allowed for the Save Set attribute." (from docs)
That of course doesn't mean you can't define multiple clients for different VMs and have those run in parallel (as long as your proxy has enough capacity).
