Backup with VMdiretcPath it's hang

I have a environment test with the following characteirstics: NetWorker Server 8.0.1.4 with Windows 2008 ESX 5.5 with vmpathdirect enable Spectralogic Autochanger with 2 drives Vitual Machine with linux RHEL 6 with networker client and storage node 8.0.1.2 Make all necessary settings to implement VMDirectPath apparently if supported by Networker with requeriments and recommendations proposed in the documentation as well as the rectricciones for drives were presented to the virtual machine I could perform the configurations of drives without any problem Networker and it seems that everything is correct, but when I run the backup of the virtual machine to be backup in their own storage node, backup hangs and does not request tape. Someone idea about what is happening. I appreciate your help. Regards

Try upgrading your Networker Server to 8.2 and check the compatibility list for ESX 5.5 as a starting point
