I would just rely on backup as far as OS goes (DR) and bootstrap backup when it comes to NW database.  It is straightforward and rather efficient.

Hrvoje is correct - your problem would not be the the DR of the NW application.

Your problem would be the system recovery - the recovery of your system partition to be precise.

Once you have managed that, simply install the same NW server SW version to that same location and reuse all the databases, logs and config files as before. Of course this can only work if your application does not reside on the system drive. So may I suggest that in general you should not put everything on your C: drive. Such is really a bad attitude.
