Can not deploy Networker - Permission error

Question

Hi , I'm facing pretty unusual issue with regard to networker user deployment. The even though error message clearly explains the possible cause , I'm the administrator who has all privileges. Has anybody of you guys faced the same Issue? anything to do with Networker side? Please comment! BR Dinusha
