After doing a little search, i found some related article stating that this error may be related to some security issues when storing java applet files locally.

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/cache_virus.xml

Work-around:

Using java control panel, preform the following:
1 - Delete the current java cache on your machine
2 - Uncheck the option of keeping java temporary files on your computer

I did the above steps and the application ran with me successfully.

This may not be the best solution, but, it is at least a work-around for this issue.

The Re-install of the Java will do the same. The solution that I use when I have this problem is:

1- Either Update to a newer Java version
2- Or, re-install the Java
