Cannot open nsrclone session
Hi colleagues,
I'm trying to clone a media and nothing happens.
Media > Tape Volumes > Volume > right button > Clone.
In the the Alerts screen not have any messages.
In option Show Manual Clone History I have the following message: Cannot open nsrclone session my server name.
Could help please?

Hi everyone,
The problem is resolved by following the steps below:
In the client configuration>Globals (2 of 2)
Clone storage nodes: I put my server name
Recover storage nodes: I put my server name
In the window Clone:
Target Clone Media Pool:
PC Archive Clone
Indexed Archive Clone
Archive Clone
Default Clone
The option only works:
Default Clone

Most likely this is caused by configuration like pool selected is not available for storage node you have configured or something similar. Without knowing configuration parameters it is bit of a guess work.
