Cluster mode netapp ndmp backup issue

Hi guys I am facing a serious issue here .We have a netapp cluster box , a networker server where all drives are shared among storage nodes & new netapp cluster device . We have enabled Node-scope mode backup for Netapp cluster & also added all NDMP licenses . This new cluster netapp box is configured as storage node via node name & is successfully configured .This same box is also added as NDMP client . However , whenever i try to run the backup , it fails with the error 'Hostname resolution fails' .If client & storage node are getting added in Networker console , then why the error of 'Hostname resolution failing ' . I have also added entries in host file of networker server to resolve this issue but error is still persisting . Port 10000 is also opened . Secondly , though devices & clients are added but error is persisting . All suggestions would be appreciated  . Please help to resolve this issue . Thanks

Try adding ip address in the client configuration > aliases list. See if it helps.
