Connection Timed Out With Exchange Backup

Question

Have any one encounter the connection timed out error with one of the Exchange Storage Group before. I have faced this problem when i kicked off the backup job. Storage Group 1 backup completed successsfully but Storage Group 2 always failed with Commection Timed Out problem. Any advise is much appreciated..

What happens if you try to backup only SG2?

Try to check that storage group with Exchange tools and also check if you have klatest build/version of NetWorker module for Exchange.

You may also wish to increase debug output of backup to get more relevant error messages and look for those on both KB by EMC and MS.
