I assume you see this only during backup, right?  I do not use this for Exchange, but based on previous experience with some Windows programs I would say that some program hit roof while waiting for subsystem routine to come back (like VSS).

Are you using Exchange 2010.

Exchange 2010 generally has such high CPU utilization. Please observe the CPU load before starting NMM.

I too had a similiar situation, I got to know it is normal Exchange 2010

Perhaps Exchange 2010 has higher CPU usage, but nsrsnapbwragent is NSR command and should be agnostic in its CPU usage when it comes to Exchange versions.

Hi Mandri,

is the CPU still loading to 90% or have you identified some reason for it

Hi,

I have a similar problem, it looks like:

https://support.emc.com/kb/189402

So we installed V3.0.1, but we are still having the same problem.

I think I am going to open a case.

Kind regards

Felix
