Create new NDMP backup job.

Apologies in advance for the simplicity of the question raised. My experience comes from NetBackup and BackupExec environments.
I have been asked to create a new resource/schedule to backup a 2TB NAS Volume.
As stated, I am new to Legato and require a guide (or a step-by-step plan) to help me in creating a new Schedule/resource for backing up approx. 2TB located on a filer (using NDMP).
Any advice and help is appreciated.
