Hi Peter,
This looks like Networker is not picking up the devices and there can be issue with your installation.
Please perform the following task and update us:
1. Make a copy of your mm, res and index folders
2. Uninstall the Networker package by running the setup.exe (SP4)
3. Then run the same seyp.exe file to install the Networker package
4. Make sure you have the right Java JRE version 1.6 update 26 been installed
Thank you

Do you have any customized reports and user id's configured under NMC?
If yes, then please take a copy of the user id and reports and uninstall the Networker console at the OS level
Then stop the EMC GST services and then rename the following folders under Networker installed path
\Management
1. GST
2. lgto_gstdb
and then reinstall only console software under the same location
Please confirm once done.
I follow all the steps that you advised me but nothing happened. I have the latest jave version( through update).

Did you update NMC only or the backup server too?

Please reboot the machine once and make sure all the Networker services are running.
Thanks
