Email Notification for Windows?

Question

I am currently trying to implement NetWorker 7.3.2. on Windows 2003. How can I implement email notification in Windows? I have read about Blat, is there any other way? other product? or 7.3.2 in-built email component? Thanks HG2

You can use SNMP. There is also one nsr command for email notifications, but I prefer blat if I have to.

NetWorker 7.3.2 for Windows came with nsrmail, it´s works fine with simple SMTP servers, I never tried use nsrmail with exchange or notes, for this e-mail server I use blat.

Hi Hrvoje,I've recently updated my networker server from 7.2 to 7.3.2. Blat was working on the previous version but I can seem to get notification going on this version. Did the format change? Any help would be appreciated.thanks.Tien
