Are you new to NW? - you have opened 5 threads within a few hours.
Not an issue but you also need to do some homework and get trained to understand the product. It's not a toy.
An important issue is also to state some details like OS and NW version - the client could run different versions than the server.
Anyway - I assume that this is a client message on an older NW client.
If this was ever working, I would just restart the NW client daemon/service and retry the operation.

I have seen this recently on client which was stuck with 100% CPU and memory utilization.... but could be different story in your case... some client check homework should be done first.
