Error when trying to start Networker User from the Admin GUI

Question

Hi all. I'm trying to run a manual backup on a new client. I am going to the appropriate group/client, then I click on 'Start' and 'Networker user'. I get the following error for every client/group that I have tried so far:

"The user program you are trying to run (winworkr) is either not installed on this computer, or not in your path"

does this mean you can't run this commmand from a central location?? Do I just do it off of the appropriate PC/Server

Local Admin GuI is used to backup/restore data from/to that local server.

If you want to recover it on some server, I would allways prefer & suggest to run winworkr from that server.

Thanks for the info. I find it very helpful but i'm curious about that error in and of itself. Is it normal? If not what did I forget to do during the software install?

Got it. Kind of confusing since I rarely need to do manuals. Guess I should be more aggressive! Thanks everyone for help
