dtest:DISASTER_RECOVERY:\ 82720:save: Disaster Recovery backup is enabling hard link and 8.3 shortname settings.
dtest:DISASTER_RECOVERY:\ 81030:save: Most VSS Save Operations values are ignored on this OS platform.

Are the vss writers stable on this machine. You can check this using the command - vssadmin list writers.
