In 'Networker administration' manual (page 67) under the section 'Scheduling backups for the NetWorker Console database' it's mention that we have to backup the 'NetWorker Console Management data' using save set 'NMCASA:/gst_on_BackupServer/lgto_gst'.

I had set the save set 'All' for backup server. As i understand it will backup the complete system. If this is true then why we have a separate save set for ''NetWorker Console Management data' . We have the 'Console server' and 'NetWorker servers' in same machine.

Can you please suggest me.

No, this is not correct - saveset all won't help here. Your NMC server itself should complain if there is no NMC backup and there is a wizard how to set it up from main screen (first one under Setup I think, not sure as I talk top of my head).

Networker is not allowed me to put save set 'ALL' and 'NMCASA:/gst_on_BackupServer/lgto_gst' togather when added to same group.

It is not possible to add another saveset when you allready use ALL.
Create a new client ressource for NMC and add the DB-Saveset to it.

See what Andreas has said. On top of that, you can't use backup command as you would for NMC db backup for saveset All thus you must have different client resource. If you use wizard as suggested then wizard will create (if you specify so) client resource for that operation.^
