EXCHANGE 2007 MAILBOX BACKUP error
Hi All again,
when I start Exchange mailbox backup at networker server side , after backing up nearly 10 - 12 GB I got an error message for a user and I have no mailbox backup to restore. The error says The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process , ..
I retried to backup only one user mailbox I get error message, it is successful.
What can I do for this problem? there are lots of user and it is impossible to backup one by one..

Hi,
Check out legato\nsr\applogs of the Exchange server for any errors and i also check out the output of files under legato\tmp\sg\exchange_group_name for any Exchange errors.

Hi ,
While backing up Exchange 2007 mailbox , networker is backing up twice for each mailbox.. for example mailbox size 2 GB networker backs up 4 GB . this may cause errors . . İs this normal. ? if not What can I do?

It's not normal. You can change module's logs as suggested earlier. You may wish to paste one such session run here so we can check what is going on.
