Exchange incremental and full backup stores the same data

Hi, i have this issue with an Exchange client, if i configure the mailboxes to do incremental or diferential backup, it takes the same data than a full backup. I already check that the circular login is disabled.

Exchange server -> NW 7.4.2
Backup server -> NW 7.4.2

    Check the log on server side to see if you have a message like no backup found before or something like that; it is possible that wrong index is being updated (eg. if you have cluster) and then every new backup is seen as full (1st time run).
