faulting application nsrexecd.exe, version 7.6.1.0, faulting module clusapi.dll

I have been getting this error message for the past few days...

Reporting queued error: faulting application nsrexecd.exe, version 7.6.1.0, faulting module clusapi.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x00009505.

Here is my environment...

Networker Server running 7.6.1.3 - Windows 2003 SP2 R2 x64

Client running 7.6.1.1. - windows 2003 SP2 R2

The Client was patched recently with MS patches:

KB942288-v4

KB2483185

KB2393802

KB2476687

KB2478960

KB2478971

KB2479628

KB2485376

KB2482017

The Client also has SQL 2000 installed and it is Clustered.

I have other servers clustered in my environment and they do not give out this error and backup runs normally.  The above error in the Application Event Viewer is displayed as soon as backup starts to run.  The Networker Remote Exec Service on the client stops.  After which the backup server throws out the error...

* dplsqlclu1a:All abandoned

     * :  Unable to execute savefs job on host dplsqlclu1a: RPC receive operation failed; errno = An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

What has been done so far?

1) I have cleaned the tmp directory on both the server and the client

2) Removed and Reinstalled 7.6.1.1

3) Removed 7.6.1.1 and Installed 7.6.1.3

4) Rebooted the backup server

Nothing has helped.  Since this is a Production Server, I cannot reboot it until the next MS Patchng cycle.

Has anyone encountered a similar error?
