hello EMC, please do not forget my case

As the subject says: I hope somebody at EMC reads this and helps me with my open case that is unprocessed since May 8th.

call who? I do not know a German EMC support phone number, and I did not find one on Powerlink.

Same problem, my Networker case is sleeping for one month.
I called the supports center, promised me to ring back, but no progress.
I have two Networker csae.

Call them again and speak to their manager... but before that make sure to check what severity your case currently is.

Hi, you can update the case through powerlink.. If you put in the service request number and log some text the case owner should get an email notifying them that the case has been updated, the email will also include your update text. You can also requeue the case yourself using powerlink and another engineer will pick it up
