There's a lot of details about this, so I would suggest to you to download the "Networker Administrator's Guide" from Powerlink. There's a chapter there with all the info about Sharepoint backup.

If you have any doubts, let's us know.

To backup Sharepoint either:
- spent some money and get EMC Backup Manager for SharePoint
- check chapter 23 in NW docs (7.4, but same should apply for 7.3.x)

I already have licenses for Backup Manager Share point but never used them
so please tell me if we install them on Production server or separate Backup server and put clients on Share point server.

AFAIK EMC Backup Manager for Sharepoint is standalone product. This means no direct connection to NetWorker at all. However, database/repository can be backed up at later stage with NW. Last time I checked I was told there are two separate development processes going on including integration with NW and backup using VSS.

Each EBMS server includes two CALs licenses (1 CAL per IIS). Whole licensing story is explained in chapter 3 of Installation guide. Administration guide is second doc you should check. You will find that on Powerlink if you follow this path:
Home > Support > Technical Documentation and Advisories > Software ~ A-B ~ Documentation > Backup Manager for SharePoint

I hope above helps.
