How to backup sql logs and truncate them?
does any one know how to backup SQL logs and truncate them after backup finishes?

Truncating backups is not recommended by MS any longer after backups. What you have is rotation of space in log file after TLOG backup run so with good enough frequency you should never get in position to truncate them.

and what should i do to get point in time restore??

Browse to point to which you wish to restore. If using GUI, you will get list of TLOGs and you pick up the one you need. If using CLI, use -t for it. If you wish to trim log outside NW, you can do it, but this is manual action and you must run DB full backup after that.
