How to move storage node to different machine using same host name

Question

I have to move storage node to other phisical machine, maintaining same hostname. I need procedure to follow.

Take your existing Storage Node off of network.
Build your new Storage Node with the same name and IP address.
Connect your new Storage Node to the storage media.
It is done and you are ready to go.
