How to request changes in Networker?

Who do we contact to request changes in the product?  As an example, certain Windows screens show elapsed time only in seconds, while others show it in  hours/minutes/seconds.  I would like to see all times in hours/minutes/seconds because I just cannot convert 17644 seconds into a meaningful time without some gear grinding in the old synapse pool.  Some new report types and onscreen view choices would be nice as well.  Thanks for any info.

You can talk to your Pre-Sales Engineer OR if you have an open Support Case, you can request them for the new feature. Based on your feedbacks, they can raise an internal RFE. However, when will the new feature be incorporated is not known easily.

You can open the Request for Enhancement yourself without opening a Service Request with Support from Powerlink:
