Sorry for the delay . I'll overview this ... In the meantime a case is opened and support team blaims OS They don't know of course why but they said to open also at Microsoft a CASE.
In that case it might really be that hypervisor has issue pushing data out. Independent way to see that is to emulate same conditions outside NW - but for that you will need assistance of MS so having a call with them is a good thing.

Do you use switched network? In switched network usually (over 1Gbps) sessions won't run over 25-35Mb/s.

Yes its switched over 1GB.
But NDMP Runs faster.
Physical Server runs Faster
HyperV Hosts runn slow.
