Incomplete savesets: bootstrap

hi all,

I am new of Networker. I have one NW server (7.1.3) and two client(AIX). The situation is that when use full back up of one client start from the server ,it says " Incomplete savesets: clientname bootstrap" and Incomplete savesets: clientname index". I capture photo as below. please help me to solve this problem or give me some advices. cheers.

It may indicate that pool used for backup has restrictions which do not match index and bootstrap (as those belong to backup server) - that's usually the case.  Without looking into config and logs we can just speculate.
