Initial installation and connection issues

I have just set up the emailxtender archiver client and upon launch it is producing the following error,

native datavase subsystem error occurred.

In looking over the documentation I fail to find user configuration options for outlook users. It does prompt for the outlook profile to use which is the default, for the user, set up on the workstation.

Is there suppost to be a specific user profile set up to connect to the archived server, any assistance is greatly appreciated. If there is a configuration document that I should be looking at that location would also be appreciated..
