If this is on AIX, try to restart lus driver.
rmdev -l lus
mkdev -l lus
lsdev -C -l lus
bingo.1

Inquire does nothing else but scanning the SCSI addresses one by one and checks whether there is a response.
NW does not install any device drivers - it relys on the system device names.
Consequently you must ensure that the OS 'sees' the devices.
I doubt that this is the case here.

Did you run INQUIRE on the storage node?

Yes on storage node only earlier it was showing all the drives but after upgrade it is fetching output "Total=0"Backup server is AIX server so we have checked os level drives as lsdev -Cc tapes

Thanks for Help issue has been resolved.We have restared lus driver and now all the drives are visible.
