Intermittant failed backup exchange DAG 2012 backup

Hi Wonder if anyone else is having this issue? We will backup the exchange DAG backup successfully for a a few days to a week then it fails with the below errors. But it seems to be only the one host not the other. we run vssfix64 and reboot systems and they run fine for awhile some times a week sometime 2 days There does not seem to be in any type of pattern. I have checked the dns and forward and reverse lookups. I have checked the hosts file on both the servers and the networker server. They are all correct. But after it has worked for awhile the nwsnap.raw shows the below error when it starts failing. NSR info Backup failed while creating coversave. Client 'XXXXx4' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server.. Please make sure you have configured at least one NetWorker Device and client resources are configured for the application host [XXXXXXdag1.ialch.co.za] and the Mount Host [XXXXx4.ialch.co.za] on NetWorker Server [XXXXXnw.ialch.co.za] but it is in networker and has been successful. This is the networker error in the dialog box when clicking on failed backup message.
