Issue in configure Networker Management Console
Hi,
I have configure Networker Management Console on my windows PC, but when i ever i try to connect to the backup which is on linux from windows using Networker Management Console , i get a message on /nsr/logs/daemon.log - > "gss legato authentication from backup.localdomain failed" . Do any one have solution for this issue.

It may be related to the authorization method(s) being used. What version of NetWorker are you running? One suggestion is to make sure you're using the same auth model on each of the systems you're describing.

Hello, I received the following from one of our NMC engineers...
Looks like gss authentication is failing when gstd tries to connect to nsrd impersonating as that user. It must be falling back to oldauth then.
One case where gss authentication might fail is if the NW client was reinstalled on the NMC server and the old certificate was wiped out from this client’s nsrla. The NW server might still have the old certificate in its cache for this client. The fix would be to delete this client’s certificate from NW server’ local nsrla.
