jbconfig error

Question

hi,
When I want to configred a Tape Library for my NetWorker server,I used the command "jbconfig",there is a error:"Error in nt_lus_get_inquiry; error was 1
when installing 'Standard SCSI Jukebox' jukebox - scsidev@2.1.0."
NetWorker Server:7.2.1 OS:Windows 2003 sp1
Tape Library:Sun StorageTek L20.

Were there somebody meeting this question?

You will need to obtain patch from support.

Disabling the Removable Storage service is only a "patch" fix for this issue. There is a registry entry that you have to add to the servers that can talk to the library. The issue could be related to test unit ready (TUR) requests sent from the Windows drivers that can continue unless you make the registry change, which we had to do.

What patch is it? I am using 7.3.2 Build 384 and getting this error but it is able to configure the library and the library works after that.

There are several patches for this - depending on what NW version you have - supplying error message should be enough for support to give you patch.
