Debug doesn't show part when error is encountered. I would suggest to open this with support and send them whole log for inspection.

Do you have anything in event log for that time (or perhaps even in dr. watson log)?

What I said was that log you pasted didn't show the error so I assume it is not whole part. Your support should be able to run analysis of such log and maybe with webex even do few tests on their own and resolve it.

I believe this is similar to what Hrvoje was telling you: As you have already realized, this problem is not simple to identify. You need help in determining if any additional, relevant log information from NetWorker is available. That help is best provided by NetWorker support and not this forum. If the customer does not have support for NetWorker then I would recommend that the customer either purchase a support contract or attempt to purchase support for just this one problem. I believe that the EMC contact info for NetWorker support is: 1-408-566-2000, option #2 or E-mail: ESG_Renewals_Storage@emc.com.
