License for Oracle Client
One of my sites is running NetWorker 7.3.2 on Linux RedHat server. We have 5 licenses for NetWorker Module for Oracle Client, Oracle8 and later UNIX (LIC-002154)
All client systems are AIX systems. When running nsrlic, only one license presents itself as "NetWorker Module for Oracle, UNIX Client/1", the other four present themselves as "NetWorker Client for Oracle, Windows Client/1".
Does anyone has a clue what could cause this strange behaviour?

nsrcap -vnc
If it comes back with UNIX licenses then this is probably issue with nsrlic. If it comes backup with Windows license, but you are still able to backup AIX Oracle boxes then it is also bug affecting both nsrlic and nsrcap.

I have a site where we have 3 Oracle licenses on Solaris(UNIX) but they all mentioned Oracle for Windows.
Ocassionally in some environments it has given problem while working. Support had then requested replacement from licensing to resolve it. But in many cases like the above example, it displays license for Windows but continues towork on UNIX for years. The environment does not have a Windows server.

Had the same problem wit oracle and aix, here is the answer from EMC support:
We had some issues with licensing with NMO 4.1 and NWR 7.3.x and this is resolved in NMO 4.2
I kindly ask you if we can upgrade the NMO version to 4.2 and follow that by bouncing the NWR daemons on the backup server,
