Media database problems
I am getting this error in daemon:
12/05/07 02:22:43 nsrmmdbd: WISS error: Unable to mount C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\mm\mmvolume6: database was not shutdown cleanly
12/06/07 04:07:00 nsrmmdbd: XCHK ssid:1649317283 host:client1 name:D:\client has a fragment with an invalid volid:911059921
Also, whenever I label the tape, it gives the error message of duplicate volume names. I have to go to Volumes, delete the volume and then label. I am also facing several volume mount issues.
Any clues about the above errors.
I have tried nsrck -F, nsrck -L6, nsrim -X, delete contents of \nsr\tmp & \mm\compssd.

If that doesn't work for you, you may have to contact support to get them help you about this, it should be the best option, but you can try to scavenge media db yourself, there are some articles in KB about how to do this, and it's not that hard (but keep a copy of media db somewhere, just for safety)
