Thanks. Yes, we are aware of and configured the boot.ini. The 12Gb is visible to the OS, it's just not being used by SQL or DPA.

Task Manager currently shows over 8Gb available in RAM.

I am having the same problem with a new install of DPA on a new server (4x quad core 12GB ram Windows Server 2008 x64) which never has less than 9GB available while running a report that gives me the error: insufficient memory available.

I know this is an old thread

I had this issue a lot

You need to use Windows x64 and DPA x64 binaries to use more memory

go to system setting on Analyse engine tab, you may find the JVM memory limit, increse to 12GB
