Hi,
This issue is currently being worked on by EMC Engineering in order to fix the display bug. There is no fix for this available yet. You should open a call with support and ask to kept updated on the progress of the issue NW136024.

The chinese lanaguage not display correctly

As 2.jpg shows you yould successfully login to NMC. So where is the problem?
