Networker 9 nsrpush Problems

Hello,

I am using a fresh Networker 9 Installation on a Windows 2012 R2 Server with Build 9.0.0.2 until today. Today I wanted to update the clients using the nsrpush feature (NMC GUI) and run in the following problems:

First I did add a Software Repository of NW9.0.0.5 for Windows Win_64 Systems.

Then I did a "Perform Inventory" on all Know Hosts.

In NW 8.2 it is possible to Update Software by Version or by Clients or by Individual selcting a client. This option is not working in NW9.

It was only possible to mark one single client and then right click to "Update Software" which took a long time until it was started and then often was already completed.

Is this a bug? Anyone run in the same problem and has a workaround?

Regards,

Patric

Try from CLI.  At this point it is difficult to say if process hangs overall or this is related only to GUI part.  Speaking of which, you should also check logs to see if something is hanging there (on both server and client).
