Now I got the error "Coult not get replication node information from the de-duplication node" when creating node under devices and De-duplication Nodes.
You would need to configure the node for replication on the enterprise manager interface. Setup the replication but do not enable a scheduled replication. Once this is done, try configuring it again on Networker.
I install the new avamar node, and configure the replication under administration. After checking the replication it seems that everything is OK, and a see the replicate domain on second avamar server. But having still the same issue when adding avamar node to networker.
I've perform the Avamar integration with Networker using Avamar v4.1.0.1470 and failed. I've tried several attempts but ended up same results.
Finally I've downgraded the Avamar version to v4.0.3.24 and the integration is successful. I believe this is v4.1.0.1470 bug as I have tried to integrate with Networker 7.4.2/3/4 and all this version gave me same error message : Could not get replication node information from the de-duplication node.
Hi, I had exactly same problems, but after I upgraded NetWorker server to 7.5SP1 I was able to add de-dup node with Avamar version 4.1.0.1470.Didn't check whether supported or not,but seems to work in my test environment.

1. Ensure name resolution is fine between the Avamar nodes and the backup server. Each needs to be able to do a name look up on the other two.
2. Create a "NetWorker" domain on both the Avamar nodes.
3. Add both Avamar nodes as managed servers in NMC.
4. Setup replication on enterprise manager but do not schedule automatic replication.
5. In the Dedup nodes section of NW configuration, add the primary Avamar node.
6. In the properties of the Avamar node that has been added, specify the replication node.
